Ingredients
  

Blueberry Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 1 can cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by blending softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in fresh blueberries.
  2. Assemble the wontons by placing about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each wrapper, moisten edges with water, fold and seal.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Place wontons in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove wontons from air fryer, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm. Optionally dust with powdered sugar or serve with fruit sauce.
