  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup Creates a creamy base.
  • 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough Forms a topping.

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent, about 3-5 minutes. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare biscuit dough by cutting each biscuit in half. Set aside.
  4. Combine cooked beef mixture, frozen mixed vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange biscuit halves on top of the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
