Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and prep them by chopping bacon, dicing onion, mincing garlic, and halving cherry tomatoes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped bacon, and cook until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove bacon and set aside, keeping drippings in the skillet.
  3. Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until beef is browned and onion is translucent (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Mix in halved cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread evenly, and top with remaining cheddar cheese and crispy bacon.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake casserole for 25-30 minutes until set and cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
