  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large cauliflower head, riced (about 4 cups)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Rice the cauliflower and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine with egg and Parmesan cheese, then spread onto a baking sheet to form the crust.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
  3. Bake the crust for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Spread pizza sauce, layer ground beef, crumbled bacon, and cheeses on top.
  4. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool before slicing.
