Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then pour into the cottage cheese mixture and stir until blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
