  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Brightens the dish.

  • 8 ounces fresh asparagus Tender asparagus complements the salmon.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat salmon fillets with the mixture.
  3. Trim tough ends off asparagus and arrange around salmon on a baking sheet. Drizzle remaining olive oil mixture over asparagus.
  4. Spread 2 ounces of Boursin cheese over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender.
