- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat salmon fillets with the mixture.
- Trim tough ends off asparagus and arrange around salmon on a baking sheet. Drizzle remaining olive oil mixture over asparagus.
- Spread 2 ounces of Boursin cheese over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender.
