  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika Adds smokiness.

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, cauliflower rice, sautéed bell peppers, red onion, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
