  • 1 bell pepper Chopped, for a pop of color and crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds a smoky flavor.
  • salt and pepper To taste, for seasoning.
  • fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish and freshness.

Method
 

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing the cauliflower and cutting it into small florets. Dice the onion and chop the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart as it cooks. Stir occasionally until browned and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and stir well with the beef. Cook for about 5 minutes until the cauliflower softens slightly.
  4. Add the diced onion, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sprinkle in the paprika and stir everything together. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
