Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and stir well with the beef. Cook for about 5 minutes until the cauliflower softens slightly.
Add the diced onion, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sprinkle in the paprika and stir everything together. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
