  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing almond flour, baking powder, and egg. Shape into a pizza form and preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Make the special sauce by combining Thousand Island dressing with Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Brown the ground beef with seasonings, then spread over the baked crust. Add cheese on top.
  4. Bake the assembled pizza for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and drizzle with sauce.
