Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients: cottage cheese, rolled oats, blueberries, milk, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
