Method
 

  1. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for 4-5 minutes until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high, add ground turkey, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in Brussels sprouts, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, cover, and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
