Flatbread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
  • 2-3 pieces green onions chopped
  • optional blue cheese crumbles for extra flavor
  • to taste ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling on top

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter, heat until warm.
  4. Mix the buffalo sauce with the shredded chicken until well coated.
  5. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and add optional toppings.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing before serving.
