Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and melted coconut oil or butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced ham.
  5. Drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
