- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and melted coconut oil or butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced ham.
- Drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
