Broccoli
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Prepare the broccoli by blanching it in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth, then add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine the cheese sauce with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, then fold in the blanched broccoli.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
