- Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté mushrooms for 5 minutes until soft. Add spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish, spread evenly, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
