Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds and set aside.
Cook the chicken if not already cooked, then shred or dice it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sliced zucchinis, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Drizzle olive oil in a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread the chicken and zucchini mixture evenly in the dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
