Cheesy Garlic Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In the same mixing bowl, add mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a large lettuce leaf and lay it flat. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture into the center, fold the sides over, and roll it up tightly.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the lettuce is slightly wilted and the filling is heated through.
