Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add your pound of ground beef. Cook it until it’s nicely browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Stir in the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
