Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chimichurri sauce by combining parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Marinate the steak by tossing the bite-sized pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Optionally, marinate in half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the marinated steak bites in a preheated skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Serve the steak bites on a platter, drizzled with chimichurri sauce and additional sauce on the side for dipping.
