Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the unsweetened applesauce, almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
