Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Fold in nuts or dried fruits if using.
  3. Spread the mixture into a prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly and evenly.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  5. Prepare icing by mixing softened cream cheese with maple syrup. Drizzle over cooled bars before serving.
