Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth to prepare the filling.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese filling on each crepe, roll them up, and repeat for all crepes.
Drizzle melted butter over the rolled crepes and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
