Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, and Parmesan cheese. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and eggs. Pour in the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, dried Italian herbs, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
