Method
 

  1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, and olive oil in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1 minute, then let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
