Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients in one place.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, flour, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix until a dough forms, adding water as needed.

  4. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll each into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
