- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the flatbread base, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add your favorite toppings.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
