Chicken Breast
  • 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into strips or cubes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for gooey, melty goodness
  • 4 large tortillas flour or whole wheat, depending on preference
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil to help achieve crispy texture
  • seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika) to taste
  • fresh vegetables (optional, such as lettuce, tomatoes, or bell peppers) for added crunch and flavor
  • optional sauce (ranch, barbecue, or hot sauce) for dipping or drizzling

Method
 

  1. Wash chicken breast under cold water, pat dry, and cut into strips or cubes. Mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat, place seasoned chicken in the center, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, add fresh vegetables if desired, fold sides over filling, and roll tightly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray basket with cooking spray, place wraps seam-side down, and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove wraps from air fryer, let cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve with dipping sauce.
