Gather your ingredients: pizza dough, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut the dough into 3-inch squares. Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square, followed by mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
Seal the pizza rolls by folding the corners of each dough square over the filling and pinching the edges tightly.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the pizza rolls in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
