- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, dice the chicken, crumble the bacon, and prepare the other ingredients.
- Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes, and fry the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce as the base, then layer the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, and sliced red onion.
- Prepare the balsamic vinaigrette dressing and drizzle it over the salad, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
