- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent overcooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
