Ingredients
  

Cottage Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use good quality for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour Gluten-free option.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • cooking spray or olive oil For greasing the baking sheet.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent overcooking.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
