- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each spoonful with the back of a spoon.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chips and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
