Ingredients
  

Cottage Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup cottage cheese fresh and well-drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each spoonful with the back of a spoon.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chips and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
