Method
 

  1. Prepare the potatoes by peeling and grating them. Squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.

  3. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Grease the waffle iron and spoon about one cup of the potato mixture onto the center. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
