Ingredients
  

Chicken Breasts
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional spices (garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by rinsing and patting dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Make the hot honey sauce by combining hot honey with cayenne pepper in a saucepan and heating gently.
  3. Prepare the feta topping by crumbling feta cheese and mixing with olive oil and black pepper.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  5. Cook the chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Top each chicken breast with feta and drizzle with hot honey sauce before serving.
