Chicken Breasts
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry. Pound them to an even thickness and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Combine hot honey with a pinch of salt and paprika in a saucepan and heat over low until warm.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle the cooked chicken with hot honey sauce and sprinkle crumbled feta on top before serving.
