- Prepare the broccoli slaw mix by washing and chopping if using fresh broccoli, or simply open the pre-packaged mix.
- Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly, then add it to the bowl with the broccoli slaw mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and garlic powder until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until well coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
