- Gather your ingredients: mixed nuts, pitted dates, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- In a food processor, combine the mixed nuts, chopped dates, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pulse until well combined and sticky.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Press the nut mixture evenly into a prepared baking dish. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set. Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy.
