Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients: mixed nuts, pitted dates, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. In a food processor, combine the mixed nuts, chopped dates, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pulse until well combined and sticky.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Press the nut mixture evenly into a prepared baking dish. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set. Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy.
