Ingredients

Dough Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese This is the star ingredient that gives the crust its cheesy goodness.
  • 3 oz cream cheese Cream cheese adds richness and helps bind the dough together.
  • 1 large egg The egg acts as a binding agent, ensuring the crust holds its shape.
  • 1.5 cups almond flour A low-carb alternative to regular flour, almond flour provides a nutty flavor and a great texture.
  • 1 tsp baking powder This helps the crust rise slightly, giving it a light and airy feel.
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder Garlic powder adds a savory depth to the flavor of the crust.
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder Onion powder enhances the overall taste.
  • 0.5 tsp salt Salt is essential for balancing flavors and enhancing the taste of the crust.
