  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. Gather all your ingredients.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of tartar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Fold this dry mixture into the cottage cheese and egg mixture.
  5. Spoon the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6 to 8 mounds.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
