- Preheat your oven to 300°F.
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of tartar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Fold this dry mixture into the cottage cheese and egg mixture.
- Spoon the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6 to 8 mounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
