Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients measured and ready to go.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: milk, eggs, melted butter or coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Preheat your non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove pancakes from the skillet and keep warm while repeating with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
