Beef
  • 1 pound tender beef (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced into small cubes
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting the potatoes, cutting the beef into bite-sized pieces, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the beef bites for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced potatoes for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Reduce heat to low, return the beef to the skillet, add minced garlic and butter, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
