Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and dry the chicken thighs, then place them in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian herbs. Mix well and sprinkle over the chicken, tossing to coat.
  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in another bowl. Pour over the seasoned chicken and coat thoroughly. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Place the baking dish with the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
