Ingredients
  

Chicken Breast
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces pasta your choice of fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for serving
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking the chicken
  • 2 tablespoons butter to enhance the sauce's richness
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Combine the cooked chicken and pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
