- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, and green onions until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until set and lightly golden. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
