In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well. In another bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, egg, and olive oil until smooth. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into four equal portions, roll each into a ball, and poke a hole in the center to shape the bagels.
Bring a large pot of water to a gentle boil. Carefully drop in the shaped bagels, one at a time, and boil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bagel and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Let the bagels cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
