Marinate the chicken by combining honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the green beans by washing and trimming them. Optionally blanch in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
Combine sliced chicken with sautéed green beans, pour remaining marinade, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
