Prepare the chicken by shredding or dicing it into bite-sized pieces. If using raw chicken, cook it in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-8.
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions, usually around 8-10. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and diced bell peppers. Whisk until well mixed.
Add the cooked pasta and shredded chicken to the sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the pasta mixture and cook for about 5-7, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top, cover, and cook for another 2-3 until cheese is melted.
Let cool for a minute before serving, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
