Method
 

  1. Marinate the ground chicken with honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the broccoli by rinsing and chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Add the broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Combine the chicken and broccoli in the skillet, stir well, and cook for an additional minute to heat through.
