Ingredients
  

Chicken Breasts
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or basil optional

Method
 

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the feta topping by combining crumbled feta cheese with a drizzle of olive oil and optional fresh herbs.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Sear the marinated chicken in a skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, then bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
