Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by boiling, baking, or grilling it. Once cooked, let it cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and sliced green onions. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning or spice level as desired.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
