Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, melted coconut oil (or unsalted butter), and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough into your prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
