- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, melted coconut oil (or unsalted butter), and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the dough into your prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
